How to Request Deletion
Open AuraCache, go to Profile or Settings, and use the account deletion option if it is available in your app version.
You can also email hello@auracache.app from the email address connected to your AuraCache account. Use the subject line "AuraCache Account Deletion Request".
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize account information associated with your AuraCache account, including saved links, folders, categories, reminders, shopping links, profile settings, and related account data where applicable.
What May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or service operations. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. We may contact you if additional verification is needed to protect the account.
