By using AuraCache, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Use of AuraCache
AuraCache helps users save links, organize them with folders and categories, create reminders, manage shopping links, view link previews and metadata, search saved content, and manage profile, privacy, and account settings.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the links, folders, categories, reminders, settings, and other information you save or manage in AuraCache. Do not use AuraCache to store, organize, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized content.
4. Third-Party Content
AuraCache does not host or control third-party websites, marketplaces, social platforms, videos, articles, products, or other content behind saved links. When you open a saved link, the third party's own terms and policies apply.
5. Reminders and Notifications
Reminders are provided for convenience. Notification delivery can depend on device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, battery optimization, network conditions, and app configuration.
6. Link Previews and Metadata
AuraCache may display titles, descriptions, thumbnails, or other metadata for saved links. Metadata can be incomplete, outdated, or unavailable depending on the source website.
7. Account and Deletion Controls
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Account deletion instructions are available on the Delete Account page and through hello@auracache.app.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse AuraCache, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security or usage controls, reverse engineer protected systems, violate laws, or infringe third-party rights.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep AuraCache useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or third-party service.
10. Intellectual Property
AuraCache branding, website content, interface design, and related materials belong to their respective owner unless otherwise stated. Third-party names, logos, websites, apps, products, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraCache is not responsible for losses or damages caused by saved content, unavailable links, missed reminders, third-party service changes, incorrect metadata, device settings, or decisions made based on saved links.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
